LensOnline capitalizes on this trend and goes even further. The webshop showcases promotions, interesting deals, and accessories to site visitors. Buyers are enticed with the most popular products and product combinations. Through upselling and cross-selling techniques, LensOnline increases its revenue and profit.

SAP Business One with Vigor

For the development of the webshop, LensOnline relies on the expertise of its partners. Vigor, in particular, assists them with their ERP solution: SAP Business One. This software centralizes all data related to prices, products, inventory, customers, orders, shipments, and invoicing in one place.

Behind the scenes, the entire logistics process is automated using robots. Orders are managed through SAP Business One and sent to the logistics service for processing.

The infrastructure provided by Fujitsu, while Level27 takes care of the hosting.

While Vigor specializes in implementing SAP Business One, they lacked expertise in hosting and implementing the infrastructure and associated hardware. This is where Level27 stepped in to assist!

Their involvement was crucial for us. They provided valuable advice on which hardware was SAP HANA certified and recommended the optimal setup. This enabled us to ensure that the servers require minimal maintenance effort while delivering long-lasting and smooth performance for our customers.
