Remote desktop
Literally translated, it means "desktop at a distance." The user initiates a desktop session from virtually any location. Depending on the solution used, they are granted either full or partial access to the computer.
You can imagine it like this: From your home computer, you have access to all programs, files, and network resources on your office computer, as if you were physically present in the office!
Public cloud management
Cloud is a commonly used and sometimes misused marketing term that can have various interpretations. For some, the cloud refers to fancy pre-packaged services offered by Amazon or Azure. For others, the concept of the cloud may still be vague, something that is truly up in the "clouds."
For us, it doesn't matter: we manage your applications in the public or private cloud.
Connectivity
When your servers are in the cloud, the connectivity at your office becomes extremely important. In the event of internet connection downtime, remote workers can still operate, but everything at the office comes to a halt. Level27 has an open network and provides connections outside of its data centers. In short, we simply extend our cloud to your office! This cloud connectivity offers several advantages:
- Your servers still appear to be locally within your own network, eliminating the need for complex VPN connections and costly firewalls.
- If you connect multiple locations, they can securely communicate with each other.
- In addition to accessing the Level27 cloud, it is also possible to connect to Azure and AWS.
- Connection to one of the fastest internet backbones in Belgium.
