Why did you choose to work with Level27?

What made you choose Level27 for this project specifically?

We’d worked with Level27 before on projects like Blabloom, Ancienne Belgique and others.

As an agency, what did you expect from a hosting provider?

Good support, transparent communication and a no-nonsense approach. We didn't want empty promises, we wanted someone who could walk the talk!

What were the biggest challenges during the Pukkelpop project? How were these challenges resolved?

The biggest challenge for us (Inventis) was migrating to a new hosting environment. A project of this size and scope demands a hands-on approach with sufficient attention to the different aspects (set-up, performance, legacy, deployment, etc.). For Pukkelpop, the biggest challenge was keeping the platforms online during peak times, such as announcing the line-up and opening ticket sales. Pukkelpop has an excellent reputation, which we wanted to preserve at all costs.

Can you give one concrete example of how Level27 went above and beyond to help you make this project a success?

Level27's extensive load testing was a major advantage for us. We used a detailed report to improve our code and the performance and stability of the back-end platforms.

How would you describe the collaboration and in what ways did Level27 shine?

The hands-on support and the unrivalled expertise was in line with our own expectations and those of Pukkelpop. Transparent communication and a quick follow-up made for a smooth migration process.
